THE B FUND INTERNSHIP
The B Fund internship program was created to offer qualified high school and college students valuable work experience and insight into our non-profit organization.
Our program provides passionate, goal-driven individuals with the opportunity to become immersed in our daily culture while working with team members to support program operations.
Key Features:
Hands-On Projects
Interns will be assigned to specific teams where they will contribute to ongoing projects, gaining insights into the operational workings of our organization.
Mentorship
Interns will be paired with a mentor who will provide guidance, support, and feedback.
Networking Events
Interns will have opportunities to connect with other interns and professionals through various events.
Final Presentation
At the end of the program, interns will present their assigned project and learnings to the team, showcasing their contributions and the skills they have developed.
Eligibility:
Open to high school and undergraduate students with a passion for philanthropy.
Candidates must possess the following:
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to effectively interact with peers, supervisors, and community partners.
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or equivalent software.
Familiarity with social media platforms and online research.
Interested candidates must fill out an application and provide a recommendation letter from a member of your school community. Selected candidates will be contacted for interviews, and successful applicants will be notified by May 2026.
